Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website leadspass.ai (the "Site"), operated by LeadsPass LLC ("LeadsPass," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in San Antonio, Texas. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site and Our Services
The Site describes our digital growth services — including lead generation, AI search visibility, voice agents, and workflow automation — and offers free tools and resources. The Site itself is informational. Any paid engagement with LeadsPass is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and LeadsPass; if those documents conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
Free Tools
Tools offered on the Site — such as calculators, generators, and reports — are provided free of charge for general informational purposes. Their outputs are estimates or automatically generated content and are not guarantees, professional advice, or a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing any generated output before using it.
No Guarantee of Results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control — your market, offer, pricing, follow-up speed, and competition among them. Content on the Site, including case studies, statistics, and examples, is illustrative and does not promise that you will achieve similar results. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of leads, revenue, rankings, or any other business outcome.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or its tools in a way that violates any law or the rights of others
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content, or use automated systems to abuse our free tools
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through our forms without authorization
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are owned by LeadsPass or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share Site content for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Output you generate with our free tools using your own information is yours to use.
Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, such as scheduling widgets. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsPass and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from your use of the Site or its free tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LeadsPass harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LeadsPass regarding use of the Site.
