Customer finding a local business pin on a phone map outside its storefront
Google Business Profile Management

Own the map before you spend another dollar on ads.

Google shows three businesses in the map pack. Everyone below them splits the leftovers. This is the service that gets you into those three and keeps you there.

Your Google Business Profile is the panel on the right of a search result and the pin on the map. For a local service business it is usually seen more than the website — it is where people check your hours, read your reviews, and tap to call.

We take it over completely. Posts, photos, review replies, review requests, Q&A, and rank tracking — run on a schedule, month after month, reported in plain English. You approve the tone once and then stop thinking about it.

The Gap

Nobody neglects it on purpose.

Keeping a profile alive is a weekly chore with no deadline attached, which means it loses to every job, every invoice, and every callback. Here is what that actually looks like — and what changes when someone owns it.

What's Included

We run the profile. You run the business.

Six things, done every month, without you thinking about any of them.

Weekly Posts and Photos

A post every week and geotagged photos on a schedule, all year — written and chosen by a person who knows your business, published without you touching it. Google rewards the activity; almost nobody in your market keeps it up.

Same-Day Review Replies

Every review gets a real answer within hours instead of never. You set the tone once; we handle it from there — including the one-star that needs a careful, public response.

Someone Who Notices

Software can post. It can't tell that Google changed your primary category, that a competitor's reviews doubled last month, or that the one-star is from a customer you should call. A person checks all three every week.

Rank Tracking, Block by Block

Not a vague "you rank #4." A live map grid showing which neighborhoods you own and which ones you are invisible in — because map rank changes street by street.

Review Collection on Autopilot

Every finished job triggers a review request by text, email, or a QR code at the counter. Review velocity is the single fastest lever on map-pack position.

A Report You Can Actually Read

Calls, direction requests, the searches you showed up for, and what your rank did — in plain English every month, plus a login to check it yourself anytime.

How We Measure

“What's my rank?” is the wrong question.

Map rank is not one number. You can be first when someone searches from downtown and invisible six miles north, because Google weighs the searcher's location heavily. A provider who reports “you rank #3” is either simplifying or cherry-picking the spot where you look best.

We track a grid instead. Your position is sampled across dozens of points spread over your service area, so you can see the neighborhoods you own, the ones you are contested in, and the ones you have never shown up in at all. That is what tells us where to point the next month's work — and it is what you see in your dashboard.

How It Works

From buried to booked.

01

Audit

We score your profile against a 12-point checklist, pull your current map rank, and benchmark the three competitors beating you. You get the report whether or not you hire us.

02

Repair

Categories, services, attributes, service areas, hours, and description — rewritten and corrected. Most profiles have blocking issues the owner never knew existed.

03

Run It

Posts, photos, review replies, review requests, and Q&A go on a schedule and stay there. This is the part everyone skips, and it is the part that works.

04

Prove It

A monthly report and a live dashboard showing rank movement, calls, and direction requests — so you can see what you are paying for.

Pricing

How much of the map do you want?

Posts, photos, and a rank grid are thirty-dollar software now. What you're paying for is the person who notices — the one-star that needs a careful answer, the category Google quietly changed, the competitor pulling ahead on the north side of town. Every plan has one. The tiers only change how much of the map they're pushing on.

The Guarantee

The 90-Day Grid Guarantee: how it's measured.

If your grid hasn't improved by day 90, month four is free — and we keep working until it moves. We baseline your map grid the day we start. Measured on the grid you see in your dashboard, not a number we pick.

Measured on

  • Three search terms we agree on at onboarding — the ones your customers actually type
  • Your service-area grid: dozens of points, sampled the same way every time
  • Your average position across those points, with a no-show counted as 21 (the standard "20+")
  • Improved means at least one full position better than the day-one baseline, on the same terms

What keeps it valid

  • You grant manager access within seven days of signing up
  • The profile is verified and not suspended when we start (a suspended profile has to be reinstated first)
  • You don't change the name, address, or categories without telling us
  • Nothing on the profile breaks a Google guideline

If the grid doesn't move

  • We run the day-90 check ourselves and apply the credit without being asked
  • Month four is free, and the weekly work continues
  • If the grid still hasn't improved by day 120, you can leave the annual plan and we refund the months you haven't used
  • Everything we fixed and published stays on your profile

Applies to annual plans. Month-to-month plans cancel any month instead. The full terms are on the terms page.

Fit

Who this is actually for.

A good fit if…

  • You are a local service business that gets found on Google Maps
  • You have a profile that was set up once and never touched again
  • You know reviews matter but nobody in the office chases them
  • You are already spending on ads while the free channel sits idle

Probably not if…

  • You want a one-time cleanup with no ongoing management
  • You have no physical location or defined service area
  • You want guaranteed #1 placement — nobody can honestly sell that. We guarantee movement on the grid, not a position
  • You would rather keep control and do the weekly work yourself
Questions

Before you ask.

It is the box that appears on the right of Google search and the pin that shows on Google Maps — your hours, photos, reviews, and the call button. For most local service businesses it gets more views than the website does, and it is the thing customers judge you on before they ever click through.
