LeadsPass LLC ("LeadsPass," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website leadspass.ai (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, request an audit or report, subscribe to our newsletter, or use one of our free tools, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, industry, approximate monthly lead volume, and any message you write. We also record which page the submission came from.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site, using cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name.

Free tools. Inputs you provide to free tools on the Site (such as a company name or website URL) are used to generate your result. When a tool fetches your website to produce output, that request is processed and is not used for any other purpose.

• To follow up about your inquiry by email, phone call, or text message
• To send newsletters and marketing emails you have signed up for (every email includes an unsubscribe link)

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• CRM and automation. Form submissions are routed through our automation platform into our customer relationship management system so we can respond to you.
• Analytics. Google Analytics, as described above.
• Scheduling. If you book a call through our scheduling widget, the information you enter is processed by our scheduling provider (ZCal) under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting and email. Infrastructure providers that host the Site and deliver our email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies primarily for analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser opt-out add-on. Disabling cookies does not prevent you from using the Site.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
